Built in 1914 by The Working Mens Club and Institure Union Ltd. architect W.J.Wadham. Sited in a commanding position above Grange-over-Sands. Described by Pevsner as 'Large Symetrical, of brick, with white wooden trim and Edwardian motifs'.
